1060 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by 1060. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1060 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1060 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this platform. The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the 1060 website, and users are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia who access 1060's services through any authorised device or channel.
Effective Date
These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2026 and will be updated periodically. Users will be notified via account notifications whenever significant changes are made.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 1060 platform.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
- Information provided during registration — including name, phone number, and email — must be accurate and kept up to date.
- The platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Account Security Responsibilities
- Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential and must not share it with any third party.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, including transactions made without your knowledge due to your own security negligence.
- If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact the 1060 support team immediately.
- Users are not permitted to share, transfer, or sell their account to any other party.
3. Payment Information, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1060 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking transfers (FPX), approved e-wallets, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised source.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and system conditions at the time. 1060 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered payment account details are accurate. 1060 accepts no liability for withdrawal delays or failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the 1060 platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, script, or automated method to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 1060.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems or other users' accounts.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content, or anything illegal through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any transaction that violates Malaysian law.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results in an unauthorised manner.
- Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or withdrawal requests.
- Exploiting any technical bug or system vulnerability on the platform for personal gain — users are required to report any bugs discovered to the 1060 support team immediately.
- Using a third-party account to conduct transactions on your own behalf.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
5. Account Policies, Liability Limits and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
1060 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or where there are reasonable grounds related to security or compliance. Users may also close their own account by contacting customer support. Once an account is closed, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the platform's current procedures.
Platform Liability Limits
1060 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions caused by technical failures beyond the platform's control. In any circumstance, 1060's maximum liability to a user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1060 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of 1060. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1060.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The 1060 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 1060 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites and accepts no liability for any loss arising from their use. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before engaging with it.
1060 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for changes that materially affect user rights, a notification will be sent via the platform account. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
